How Doctor On Demand works

1. Create your account.

Create a free account at Doctor On Demand or in the app. You do not need a credit card. Add your health insurance or your employer to see if your visit is covered. If you do not have insurance, you can still use Doctor On Demand.

2. See a provider or schedule your appointment.

Select the reason for your visit and answer a few questions to provide the doctor with some context. See a doctor in minutes or schedule your therapy or psychiatry visit. You must be signed in to your account either on the app (phone) or through our website (computer) to visit with a provider.

3. Start your virtual doctor visit.

Meet with one of our board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners, or clinician who will diagnose your symptoms and offer a custom treatment plan. If needed, you can get prescriptions sent to your local pharmacy.

For people without medical insurance, the price for a medical visit is $99 for a 15 minute consultation. An online therapy visit with a psychologist starts at $134 for a 25 minute consultation and an online psychiatry visits start at $299 for an initial 45 minute consultation.

We do not share your personal health information (PHI) information with anyone unless you explicitly request a record of your visit be sent to your primary care physician.

Yes, Doctor On Demand is available for 24-hour urgent and everyday care, every day of the year. If you think you are having a emergency, please go to your closet Emergency Room or call 911. Common visits include, rashes, cough, fever, COVID, flu, UTI’s, and more.
