Yes. Doctor On Demand is available to everyone, but members with medical insurance receive a reduced cost. For people without medical insurance, the price for a medical visit is $99 for a 15 minute consultation. Please visit our Cost page for more information and to see if we accept your insurance.

Doctor On Demand physicians and clinicians are able to treat urgent and everyday care (non-emergency) conditions such as upper respiratory infections (cold, flu, covid, sinus, etc.), allergies, yeast infections, UTI’s, rashes, sports injuries, nausea, diarrhea, heartburn, back pain and much more. We can also provide travel medicine, work and school notes, and refill prescriptions.

Psychologists and psychiatrists treat stress, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, changes in mood, alcohol and tobacco addictions, and eating disorders. Psychiatrists can also manage prescription refills,  a psychiatric evaluation, or even an initial diagnosis.

The Doctor On Demand behavioral health practice includes psychiatrists, psychologists,  and masters level therapists. Psychologists and psychiatrists both have doctoral degrees, usually a PhD or PsyD for  psychologists and an MD or DO for psychiatrists. Our masters level therapy clinicians have masters degrees in social work or family and marital counseling.

It’s free to sign up for a Doctor On Demand by Included Health account, and there’s no membership fee. You pay on a by-visit basis when you talk to a board-certified clinician. If paying with your insurance/employer benefits, the cost will vary depending on your benefits, and in many cases will be $0. It is important to enter your insurance and employer information when you register for your account. All costs will be shown prior to scheduling an appointment.  If you are not covered by insurance or your employer, pricing is as follows:

Everyday and Urgent Care

• $99 for a 15 min consultation

Psychology

• $134 for a 25 min consultation
• $184 for a 50 min consultation

Psychiatry

• $299 for initial 45 min consultation
• $129 for 15 min follow-up

Before the consultation ends, you will have the option to extend the call for an additional fee.

Our app is free to download and there is no subscription fee. If paying with your insurance/employer benefits, the cost will vary depending on your benefits. Keep in mind that our prices are usually less than what you would pay at an urgent care or ER, and in some cases your visit may be free. All costs will be shown prior to scheduling an appointment.
