Accessing this Medicare benefit is easy

1. Create a Doctor On Demand account

Create your account. Add your email address, date of birth, and create a password.
2. Set up your profile

Enter your name, phone number, and sex. Please have your Medicare card ready.
3. Add your Medicare insurance

Select Medicare as your insurer and input your Medicare Number from your Insurance card.

Medicare Advantage Member? Check if your Medicare Advantage plan covers Doctor On Demand once you create your account.

Can I access mental health services?

Doctor On Demand offers both medical and mental health appointments; however, we are still in the process of enrolling our mental health providers in Medicare Part B. In the meantime, we encourage you to book a visit with our medical providers, who are cross-trained in mental health services. Your medical provider may recommend that you continue treatment with a mental health provider.
If I’m already registered with Doctor On Demand, how do I add my Medicare insurance to my account?

If you already have a Doctor On Demand account, you need to sign-in, go to the dropdown menu below your name and select Payments and benefits, then scroll to the insurance section and click Add insurance. Next, select Medicare, and add your Medicare Number.
