No, there are still no penalties for canceling visits at least 24 hours in advance. However, there may be a charge if you cancel less than 24 hours before your visit.
As you may know, Doctor On Demand is part of Included Health. If you had access to both Included Health and Doctor On Demand before this update, you’ll continue to have access to the same services as before.
After this update, you can use either app to schedule and join virtual visits.
Yes, your apps will be linked, which means all your visit details will appear in both. You can also take visits in whichever app you’re most comfortable with.
