No, all you need to do is update your password when prompted to log back in.

We’ll gradually be rolling out the update to different members over the upcoming months, so not everyone will see it right away. 

Yes, you should be able to see the same providers you saw before the update.

Yes, you will see the updated design on any device you use to access Doctor On Demand. Keep in mind that you may need to manually update your app if you don’t have automatic updates enabled.

No, this won’t impact the cost of virtual visits. You’ll always see the cost of virtual visits before booking.

Yes, all of your information will automatically transfer to the updated app.

No, your settings will remain the same. You can still book visits with your preferred primary care provider.

No, any appointments you had scheduled before this update will remain exactly the same.

As you may know, Doctor On Demand is part of Included Health. If you had access to both Included Health and Doctor On Demand before this update, you’ll continue to have access to the same services as before.

After this update, you can use either app to schedule and join virtual visits.
