Dr. Aaron Fernandez

Dr. Aaron Fernandez is a board certified psychiatrist and treats a variety of psychiatric illnesses. He is especially passionate about treating those with depression or anxiety and patients coping with stressors at home and work. Dr. Fernandez enjoys getting to know his clients and understanding how their history and environment is shaping their mental health and wellness. The mission of his practice is to help his patients lead rich, fulfilling lives while helping them to meet their goals. Dr. Fernandez completed medical school at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School. He completed his residency in general psychiatry at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He also served as the Chief Resident of the Department of Psychiatry and Vice Chair of the Chief Residents Council for the UT Southwestern Medical Center. In his free time, Dr. Fernandez enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and giving back to his community. Most days he finds time to go for a run along The Katy Trail, while other days he is content to enjoy some Netflix or take in a local ball game.
