Doctor On Demand providers may prescribe or refill medications during a visit. As part of the National Telehealth Program, McDonald's employees, and their dependents, have access to WellCard, an easy way to save on prescription drugs. After you register, show your digital card to the pharmacist when you pick up a prescription.
Urgent Care + Mental Health
You have access to Doctor On Demand's Urgent Care + Mental Health. Urgent Care is available within minutes, Mental health appointments average a few days—but patients can use care for urgent mental health issues and get a referral within the app to mental health.
*McDonald's employees and their dependents get 10 free Urgent Care/Mental Health visits per calendar year. If you exceed 10 visits, you can still take a visit for our published visit fee. When applicable it is the employees responsibility to comply with HSA rules and requirements.
